Liability

Bortolussi srl (Animasportiva) is responsible for any issues related to the shipment and delivery of the product. Shipments are made via express courier and are always trackable. We kindly ask you to check the integrity of the package upon the courier’s arrival and to report any anomalies found. In such cases, please refuse the shipment and indicate “DAMAGED PACKAGE” as the reason. We will take care of the entire process with the courier, and you will be fully covered by our guarantee.

However, Bortolussi srl (Animasportiva) assumes no responsibility for the loss of items after delivery has taken place.

Payments

Ordered items must be paid for in advance using one of the payment methods listed under “Payment Methods,” or in cash upon delivery.

Shipping and Withdrawal

Ordered items will be shipped via express courier.
Any claim for damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, signing the delivery note with reservation and specifying the type of damage.
The Customer is protected by Italian legislation regarding the Right of Withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Consumers benefit from all protections provided in the case of distance contracts under Legislative Decree September 6, 2005, No. 206 (“Consumer Code”), as well as all further mandatory protections in favor of Consumers provided by the Consumer Code itself and any other applicable law.
